Distress often affects the physical, psychological and spiritual. I’m here to help you search for peace. I approach therapy through an existential lens, helping others process the givens of life.

I approach therapy through an existential lens, helping others process the givens of life such as the meaning of suffering, death anxiety, isolation and loneliness, anger/injustice, meaning and purpose. One’s approaches to these givens are deeply personal and individual to one’s phenomenological experience. Providing space to nonjudgmentally explore these givens is necessary for growth and peace.

I am also a certified spiritual director with the Oblates of Mary- Boston, and I am certified to journey with others through Ignatius’ 19th Annotation.
